Duties;
- To organize and manage the administrative affairs, internal works and editorial office of the chamber.
- To organize the documents to be given by the chambers and to keep the list of participants and attendance schedule regarding the meetings of these documents and to save the minutes books, decision summaries and the records made with the electronic devices for the meetings.
- To make arrangement regarding the agenda of the organization meetings, to ensure the meeting invitations and agenda to be sent to the members on time, to organize the reports of these meetings, to keep and sign the decision summaries, to keep the list of participants and attendance schedules regarding the organization meetings and to save the minutes books, decision summaries and the records made with the electronic devices for the meetings.
- To arrange the monthly trial balance and transfer demands, to make the provision budget, income statement, post closing trial balance and final account and to submit them to the board of directors.
- To ensure the accession and belongings records to be organized and saved, to keep the archive materials.
- To manage the publication works.
- To make necessary arrangements regarding the organization of the annual report to be arranged by the board of directors to be submitted to the council about the activity of the chamber in a year and the financial and industrial situation of its region.
- To enforce the proceedings regarding the keeping, updating and deleting the member registries within the frame of the regulations and the decisions of the related organization.
- To perform the other duties given by this legislation and miscellaneous regulations and the duties to be given by the council, board of directors or chairman of the board and Secretary General within the frame of the regulations.
- To provide the control of the Service Facility and Central Heating.
- To keep the accounting records on a regular basis.
- Tax refund accountancy.
- The execution of the subjects regarding the elections.
- To sign the documents written in 2006 budget sub clause c. (Except 2006 budget orders sub clause c, article documents 4-b, 18, 23, 24) (Tender Bills, Health Bills, Current Price, Qualifications of Commercial and Industrial Property Samples, Arbitrator, Expert, Expert Witness Report, Certificates Indicating the Chamber Record of the Signers Written in the Bail Bonds and Undertakings, Allocation and Outlay Certificates, Origin Certificate, Force Major Certificate, Commercial and Industrial Certificates, Commercial Bailment Testimonials, Quality and Suitability Certificate, Sample Qualifications Testimonial, Home Product Certificate, Sign Approval Certificate, Recording and Registration Copy, Member Ids, Administered Price Rate Certificate, Certificates Given to the Written Questions about the Non-Implicit Member Records Provided not to be at the Court of Standing Certificate, Price Forecasting and Rough Expenditures Certificate, Custom and Usage Certificates, Turkey Commercial Registry Gazette Copies, and Other Copies)
- To enforce the proceedings of arbitrator and expert.
- To enforce and sign the proceedings of Import and Export.
- To arrange and sign the documents of deficiency, sweepings and profit rates.
